What emotions might you face with the home buying process?

Confusion

Your curiosity grows, you start to seriously consider the necessary steps in becoming a homeowner. With so much information at your fingertips online, it’s hard to know where to start. We aren’t taught how to buy a house in school?

Stress

Now, reality sets in. Finding the right home can be a really stressful! It’s hard to search properties along with your other daily commitments. It can get a little stressful trying to strike a balance. In our fast-moving Las Vegas real estate markets, you will have to do lot of re-scheduling to fit everything in your day.

Discouragement

With Las Vegas housing inventory an all-time low (tho it's coming back to normal), sometimes the pickings seem very slim! Many buyers face disappointment in todays market. Either they are discouraged by how little their money goes towards their dream home or just can’t seem to find a home that accurately fits that dream. When the market is competitive and multi-bid situations, it can become frustrating to put in offers and face realty that your dream is fading.

Determination

Sometimes it may be facing discouraging or disappointing news that fuels your determination. Your is heart set on buying, you kick things up a notch and get become more creative or even aggressive. Now at this point you may even double down, and refocus your online search and go "all-in". Now when you find a home that you like, you're ready and more committed to submit stronger offers than before.

Excitement

For most people, at this point doubt is fleeting. By reminding yourselve why you wanted the house in the first place? The excitment of working through the home inspection, you can put that doubt to behind you. You have become confident in your decisions.

Anxiety

As closing day approaches, you may fell a bit anxious about how things are all working together. There are still some boxes that still need to be checked off before the keys are turned over to you. .

Pride

As escrow comes to an end, you should be proud and you feeling this emotion. Buying a house is a journey and one of life’s major milestones. Now, when the deed gets recorded and you become an official homeowner, take a moment to stop and smell the roses! You did it!
