Northwest Las Vegas Skye Canyon has proudly partnered with some of the nation’s finest homebuilders including Lennar, Century Communities, Pardee Homes, Pulte Homes, Richmond American Homes, Beazer, and Woodside Homes to craft a variety of homes and floorplans that meet an array of lifestyle needs–with entry-level, move-up and luxury neighborhoods.

Since Skye Canyon’s grand opening in March 2015, the community has received numerous awards and honors for its responsible land practices, homes sales, architectural design, resident programming, and philanthropy.

Skye Canyon was also ranked no. 21 in the U.S. according to John Burns Real Estate Consulting (JBREC) on its 2019 Top 50 Master-Planned Communities list. JBREC used sales data to structure this year’s list along with interviewing industry contacts.

Real estate consulting firm RCLCO releases its top-selling master-planned community report twice per year. Northwest Las Vegas finished 2019 strong, showing a 9% year-over-year increase in sales and moving its ranking up to no. 20 in the U.S. by RCLCO Real Estate Advisors on its 2019 annual Best-Selling Master-Planned Communities Report.
